Spring return fire & smoke damper actuators

The SAFA series fire and smoke spring return damper actuators are specifically designed to provide enhanced fire and smoke protection in HVAC systems. These actuators play a critical role in fire safety, ensuring that fire dampers close automatically to prevent the spread of flames, smoke, and toxic gases in case of an emergency.

During normal operation, the actuator positions the damper according to the control signal, allowing for precise airflow regulation. Non - spring return fire & smoke damper actuators

The SASA series fire and smoke non-spring return damper actuators are specifically designed for use with fire and smoke dampers, providing precise motorized control in HVAC systems. Unlike spring return actuators, the SASA series requires power to operate, making them ideal for applications where controlled positioning is required under normal conditions.

During operation, the actuator motorizes the damper to an open or closed position as required by the control signal. These actuators are widely used in fire protection systems to ensure proper airflow control and to contain smoke and flames in the event of a fire emergency. When power is lost, the damper remains in its last position until it is manually reset, or power is restored.
