Global valve actuators are electromechanical actuators, where the control knob or handle has been replaced by an electric motor. The operating principle of most electromechanical drives is based on the concept of an inclined plane. Global valve actuators are used automatically to control global valves by a proportional (modulating) signal or by an increase/decrease (3-point/floating) signal. Actuators are with 230 VAC and 24 VAC / VDC power supply.
The actuator series AVF has been designed to control the flanged globe valves VF series. The actuator is equipped by a double bidirectional synchronous motor at 1200 and 1800 N and available in Open/Close, 3- point and proportional version. Quick and easy installation. The actuator is fitted with manual override for changing valve position in case of power failure.

Electric actuator SE4 is suitable to control VFZ valves in HVAC systems. Two action types are available: floating (3-point) and modulating (voltage and current signal). The actuator is equipped with a torque limit device, to power off the motor when end stops are reached. The assembly of the actuator and valve body is done directly and easily by a metal ring nut, no tool is necessary. The actuator is self-adjusting (SE4M24). When it is powered on the stroke, it is automatically adapted to the valve, no calibration is required. The actuator is fitted with manual override by a hexagonal key. An internal LED indicates the current state of the actuator: stroke adjustment, control, end stop position and error condition.

The globe valve actuators MVE5xx series is a flexible electro-mechanical actuator for the control of two and three way globe valves which are used in heating and cooling systems, air handling units, district heating plants and industrial temperature control systems. MVE can be controlled either by a proportional (modulating) signal or by an increase/decrease (3-point/floating) signal. It is easy to mount and connect the actuator. Direct mounting is possible to any of our offered flanged valves. The actuator has a fine resolution (500 steps on the full stroke range) for exacting fluid control, and it can self-calibrate on a different stroke without the need for any user action (this function is a DIP switch selectable on the field). MVE has intelligent behaviour and alarm functionality in case of unexpected operation, feedback of alarms to the user is provided by LEDs (GREEN and RED) on the control board. These globe valve actuators need a power supply of 24 VAC / VDC.
